A 50% deposit is required upfront for commissioned artwork. Your deposit secures your place in Jadie Catlin’s schedule and allows for the ordering of supplies and materials. Deposits are non-refundable. Commissioned artworks cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to the custom nature of the item.

All of Narru.Art’s designs and images remain the property of Jadie Catlin and cannot be used without her permission.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds unless the item is faulty.

If you have any issues with your artwork you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. Images and descriptions of any issues must be made clear in written communication.
Returns must be sent back within 7 days. Where we are at fault, we will cover any additional postage costs. Items must be returned carefully using the original packaging. Any items damaged in return transit are not our responsibility and we will not be liable.

Colours may differ in person. Due to the nature of the timber, Frame colour, texture and natural imperfections may differ. This is not considered a fault and products will not be exchanged or refunded.
