Hi! I’m Jadie and welcome to Narru . Art. I am a Wirradjuri Woman creating on Bundjalung Country. I am a mother of five, wife and artist. I dove into my love for art and culture over ten years ago.

Narru means the fabric which encompasses both mother and child to form a pouch.

As a mother of five, narrow has been part of my daily life for many years, although in its modern form of babywearing. Narru is not just the fabric but the connection, love, and warmth that harnesses a mother and her child.

Narru . Art is inspired by my personal experiences, the lands and waterways around me. Each piece is a spiritual journey that connects me back to Country. I paint intuitively and with Aboriginal symbols.
